Welcome to the Beacon Hill Planned Community Homeowners' Association website!  Our association has been serving the community for nearly two and a half decades. 

Beacon Hill homeowners enjoy all the perks our community has to offer -- a beautifully landscaped environment with mature trees and greenbelts bordered by colorful, seasonal flowers, majestic pastoral and ocean views, several tennis courts and pools, along with many other nearby amenities including beaches, golf courses, five-star hotels and restaurants, world-class shopping, and outstanding schools, etc. 

The Board of Directors works diligently to be responsive to each individual homeowner while being aware of the needs and desires of the entire community as a whole.  We welcome your input and feedback with open arms.  Please inquire today about how you can become an active part of our community, if you so desire.  We are always looking for community-based input and suggestions, as well.  Our contact information is below.
We also encourage everyone's participation and input at our monthly Board Meeting Homeowners' Forum, on our committees, and through communication with our property management company.  Our meetings are held on the first Wednesday of each month (except December when there is no meeting).  Due to COVID-19, the meetings are held via zoom and begin at 12noon .     Please check the Ridgeway Pool bulletin board up to 4 days prior to the scheduled meeting for the meeting agenda or any changes in the meeting location and/or date.  That information also may be posted on this website's "News and Events" page.  Items requiring Board action must be mailed to Dana Pacific Management Services at least 10 days prior to the meeting so the item is included on the agenda.  Although anyone is welcome to attend any and all General Session Board Meetings, homeowners may speak only during the Homeowners' Forum held at the beginning of each meeting.  Only Board Members may participate in the General Meeting and only items appearing on the agenda may be discussed and decided by a quorum of the Board (3 members or more).

Box 15484, Santa Ana, CA, 92735-0484.   DO NOT MAKE your assessment payment to Dana Pacific Management Services!  The check must be made out to the Association  -  (Beacon Hill Planned Community Association)  -  and mailed to the P.O. Box in Santa Ana.
